Boxun has been attacked since 9am of Feb, 19 (Beijing Time). This is the most serious DDoS attack we have received.  In October 2009, Boxun was attacked badly for about a week, but this attack is stronger than ever.

We believe the attack is related to the Jasmine Revolution proposed on Feb. 20 in China.

A few days ago, there is a short message spreading through Twitter and other websites. It says that people in China should start Jasmine Revolution on Feb. 20. People should gather in one specific location of each city. The locations of big cities will be announced at Boxun on Feb. 19.

Boxun is not part of this message or activities.

In the early morning of 19th (Beijing time), Boxun did receive an anonymous news release that stated the locations of big cities in China. The assemly starts at 2pm of Feb, 20.

Then, Boxun started to receive attack.
