Mr. Jia said, prices of those certificates varies by their degree types: Bachelor's degree certificate is purchased at 400,000 dollars each; Master's degree cost 600,000 and a PHD degrees are worth 700,000 to 800,000 dollars. Each year, around 200 certificates are sold to people who do not earn credits for the degrees themselves. Directors and staffs also gain rebates by issuing and giving out these degree certificates.
