Injured in car accident, frozen to die

Sichuan. China: Zhang Houming, 46, was injured in a car accident on January 8th. The ambulance came to the scence and issued a death certificate, then sent the "body" to funeral home to freeze. Five hour later, Zhang's family came and found he was still alive. Zhang died in hospital one hour later.

Zhang's family blames the hospital (ambulance's owner) for the death and asks for a compensation of 1.52 million RMB (about USD $200,000). But the hospital denied the responsibility. The local government supports the hospital.
