Chengdu, China---Tang Fu Zhen, a female enterpriser in Chengdu, set herself on fire on November 13 to express her determination of fighting against government's dismantle action towards her house. The whole process happened with police, government officials and contractors on the site, no one tried to stop her or rescue her.

Tang suffered severe burn injuries and survived 16 days; she died on November 29.

Tang's families complained that they were not allowed to visit the patient before she died. Furthermore, their request of bringing Tang's body back home was denied as the body was being transported to a funeral home in Sichuan under close supervision of local government staff.

Update on December 3, Beijing time: Government claims that Tang is dead of fighting against law-enforcement by force, her husband is arrested today.
