Vertical Texts to Break Cyber Censorship

WengAn riots led to increased cyber censorship in China. However, posts supporting the protest flood making it impossible to delete them immediately. So sensitive words like WengAn are blocked. In order to break the censorship, Chinese netizens refer to a website http://www.9van.com/shupai.html which can convert horizontal texts into traditional vertical settings to penetrate filter.
