Corruption did not stop after disaster, people angered

With a record of only 1% of donations being received by victims, the corruption does not stop in Sichuan earthquake. People are angered. On May 21, people in difficulties surrounded a store receiving emergency goods for victims. People believe the government officials were selling truck load donated goods to this store. People also find that many tents for victims setup in rich residence of Chengdu. Chengdu is the capital city of Sichuan and is not affected badly in the quake. In the press conference, the speakman asked the international world to donate as many tents as possible as the victims need about 3 million tents. But the needed tents are used in many places in Chengdu, either "stolen by officials, or sold by officials".
