Mr. Sun Wanbao was beaten twice by gansters working for developers. He was kidnapped from a military hospital in the sencond attack and was almost killed. It is not uncommon that police did not arrest any of the suspects, instead, police arrested SUN for "disturbing social order".

SUN Wanbao is one of the victims of home owners who lost their homes to the violent attacks. In a similar attack by developers, one man was killed. In most cases, police cars were on the site, but they came to make sure the attackers could run away.

This is happening in Yantai, Shandong Province.
